The second edition of the “Tourist Destination” stamp series on November 21 featuring popular destinations in Pahang, Perak and Terengganu.
Among the well-known tourist spots featured in the stamps are Istana Abu Bakar (Pahang) , Bukit Fraser (Pahang), Menara Condong Teluk Intan (Perak) and Pulau Pangkor (Perak), Masjid Kristal (Terengganu) and Muzium Negeri Terengganu.

Sarawak Tourism Board, in a press statement, said the cover stamps are offered for free to those who buy Sarawak packages or participate in activities and games at the booth during the three-day fair. Alongside the free stamps, a special folder featuring Sarawak’s iconic tourism attractions as well as uniquely styled envelopes with Sarawak-themed designs were also offered for free.

POS Malaysia has also launched its Tourism Destination stamps which featured Sarawak and Melaka, and the set of stamps are available at all post offices throughout the nation. The features on the stamps include elements of culture and nature, unique to Sarawak, such as a traditional Orang Ulu longhouse, pua kumbu designs and a Bidayuh dancer.
